Stem Bolt
What is causing my mountain bike's stem/bar to be so creeky?
I have an Easton handlebar and a Raceface diablos stem and recently I have been hearing a creeking sound to it. I have heard this sound come from other people's bikes before as well.
Is there anything I can do like put some oil in the stem bolts or....?

Check the fork stem for play and adjust as needed. The bearings in a headset use greese not oil.

Ti bolts are light but are brittle, when using them in critical like stems, you need a bolt that is not brittle. Places on your bike, like stems, need fasteners that can stretch or flex some with out breaking.
If you weigh a Ti bolt vs. a good steel or stainless one you will at best only be saving a few grams and this is not worth it from a safety point of view.
When comparing bolts you need to look at what they are doing, clamping force or tensile strength is only one consideration.
Yes, this is what economists call the “backwards-bending supply curve for labor”. Turns out if you pay people craploads per hour, you get fewer hours out of them, not more. This is unlike every other supply curve–if you pay $1,000 per hour of labor you get less labor than if you pay $100 per hour of labor, but if you pay $1,000 per gross of self-sealing stem bolts you get way, way, way more self-sealing stem bolts than if you pay $100 per gross of self-sealing stem bolts.
