Cod Black Ops?????????
I've been having some problems since I bought the game. (extreme lag when playing multiplayer and sigle player besides the zombie mode at single player. And an error when I'm trying to party up at zombies online saying: The game session is no longer available).
Recently I read about a patch wich is going to fix many problems (among them some of the ones I'm facing). Do you guys know anything about it?
NOTE: I'm playing on PC and there is no internet connection or speed problem. Also I don't think it has something to do with my PC because all the other games including the previous cods can be played perfectly.

Here is one good way to fix black ops lagging problem:

Do these things as well:
++ Set Higher Priority to the Game
1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at the same time.
2. The Task Manager will open.
3. Click Processes tab to explore all the processes running in the background.
4. Right click the process blackopsmp.exe, and select Set Priority -> High.
5. Confirm your action when prompted.
6. Close the Task Manager.
++End/ Set Lower Priority to Steam Process
1. Close the game, and press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at the same time.
2. The Task Manager will open.
3. Click Processes tab to explore all the processes running in the background.
4. Right click the process Steam.exe, and select End Process to terminate it. If you do not wish to terminate it, then set a lower priority to it, by right clicking it, selecting Set Priority -> Low.
5. Confirm your action when prompted.
6. Close the Task Manager.
++Install latest patches
++Close Unnecessary Programs when playing game.
