Super Smash Bros Brawl Boss Battles Intense?
Ok ive beaten it on every other difficulty im having trouble with this i need somone to tell me a good character to use on boss battles intense setting and i need the reason y to use this charcter and i also need a small guild on each boss
You should use Charizard, and use his sideB move. Its called Rock Smash. In my opinion, hes the best character to use for Boss Battles. Rock Smash is incredibly powerful on Bosses. You can defeat Master Hand/Crazy Hand in 4-6 hits. Try using him and youll know what I mean=)

Home Chest Workout Intense
is my leg day to intense?
today and other days when i do leg workouts during leg presses i go extremely heavy and basically lift like my life depends on it and after the sets i sometimes feel dizziness,headaches and almost like I'm going to puke and i get extremely tired and have to rest for about 6 minutes before i could even do another set.
is this to intense and should i turn it down some if i start to feel dizzy?

Yes. You might want to use less weight before you hurt yourself. Remember to breath correctly.
