How do I adjust my bmx bike seat? I have the fit prk 1 2010? Please HELP?


Adjust what part of it?
To lower or higher, you need to losen the clamp:

and go from there.

If you mean pivot it then you have to poke a 6mm allen key through the rubber vagina and feel around for the bolt. Losen it and pivot, then tighten =)

Unless it uses rails then thats flawed haha

where can i buy a completely checkered bmx seat?


preferably a pivotal seat but any one will do

There are absolutely no checkered seats.. however i have found ones that are similar by snafu called the love seat. They have rails but one cover is slightly checkered

    There are basically 3 things that are improved by switching from a comfort to a road bike: 1. Aerodynamic drag is by far the biggest one. It takes 8 times the power to go twice as fast. Or, you can go twice as fast by either cutting your frontal area in half or you can cut your drag coefficient in half. A more aerodynamic position reduces both you frontal area and drag coefficient. I think you can expect to go ~50% faster on a road bike. A full fairinged recumbent bike has hit 82 MPH on level ground. Another rode 650 miles in under 24 hours. 2. Tire/road drag. It matters: skinner, harder, slicker tires generally are faster. 3. Mechanical efficiency and body position/geometry efficiency. This is a big area where the record setting low-fairinged recumbents lose out. This is also where the low seat BMX bike you had as a kid loses out. Comfort versus aerodynamics versus ideal position for developing power are never a perfect mix. It’s always give and take between these things. Contrary to popular belief, even among bike experts, bike weight has very little effect on flat ground at steady speed. Weight does hamper acceleration and matters significantly on uphills, however.
