2003 ford explorer front disk brakes?

I disassembled the brakes to replace them and the rotors. It appears that one of the slides where the caliber fastens is frozen, same thing both sides . It is the bottomone. Is this supose to be stationary or sould it slide freely. Brakes are worn unevenly. Also why is the top slide brass and the bottom one steel.

the caliper pins on all brake calipers should slide freely. if these pins dont slide you will see uneven wear of your pads. more than likley this is your problem. if the pins don't slide the caliper will not back away from the rotor leaving pressure on the rotor which will eat up the pads and cause the rotors to warp resulting in steering wheel shake when applying the brakes. use a special high heat brake grease to lube these slides. good luck, krtdrof

Whats Yr opinion on zero point energy usage?

Question: Can Zero Point Energy (ZPE) Be Harnessed? Answer: Yes. In Fact My Invention ( Engelfeur's Power Generator ) , Conceived on 17th Oct 08, Does Just That, By Applying Reversible Electromagnetism, At A Suitable Rate, In The Excitation Channel, On A Stationary Rotor Of An Electrical Power Generator, Rendering Obsolete, The Rotation Of The Rotor By A Prime Mover. A Patent To This Effect Is Currently In Process."

Sounds like your onto something!
Extreme caution is recommended for keeping your patent secure, though!
