Are California state prisoners with non-violent crime getting early release?
Is the governor going to approve that prison reform? what are the details and latest updates? If yes, when?
If yes, who qualifies for it? How can they request to be qualified?
This story has been going around for at least 10 years now so don't hold your breath. Every year the issue of over-crowding comes up and someone suggests an early release. Then people argue about it and the whole thing is dropped. A few years ago they did authorize the courts to start allowing parole for non-violent offenders after serving just 33% of their term, but most judges are still giving them half-time instead making them do at least 50%.
Last year the governor authorized a plan to let inmates be sent to prisons in other states to alleviate over-crowding, but this required that the inmates volunteer and only a handful took the offer. It doesn't give them an earlier release date so there isn't much of an incentive to agree to be shipped out of state.
I get asked this question by inmates on a weekly basis. The rumor has been circling the prisons for years. "Hey, did you hear they passed a bill to let inmates out early? I might be going home sooner. Is this true?" Like I said before, don't hold your breath.

For the liver to make the nonessential amino acids it uses the essential amino acids, so an imbalance in the intake or absorption of essential amino acids may mean that the nonessential ones can not be made by the liver making them essential. And this process can have far reaching effects, for example human growth hormone production and secretion (release) is greatly enhanced by L-Ornithine and L-Arginine which are both nonessential amino acids, but L-Ornithine is synthesized from L-Arginine and if the liver cannot produce L-Arginine... well you get the picture, in that case both L-Arginine and L-Ornithine become essential amino acids and HgH release decreases.
The point is that whether an amino acid is essential or not can only be viewed with regards to the individual. It depends greatly on you , your environment and your lifestyle. Consider a heavy smoker and drinker, with bad dietary habits and little or no exercise, for someone like this most amino acids will be essential, poor liver function, impaired absorption, infection, trauma, stress, drug use, age and imbalances of other nutrients can also cause imbalance and lead to this kind of deficiency. No wonder HgH secretion is negatively affected by these same circumstances.
The L we see in front of the amino acid names stems from the chemical composition of amino acids . Most amino acids (example Arginine) come in a D (dextro=right) and L (levro=left) form, what this means is that the rotation of the spiral that is the chemical structure of the amino acid is left or right-handed (exception glycine - one form). Proteins in animals and plants are made from the L type of amino acids, so in general the L form is considered the most compatible with human biochemistry (exception DL-phenylalanine) and solely used in HgH releasers.

Surely it does matter whether music is on 'an official channel.' What we're talking about is trying to listen to a lesser-known song by an artist and finding that everyone who has tried to post it has had it taken down.
Now, of course this isn't about the legalities of the situation, it should be the right of the record company to take it down as they see fit. But they always seem to choose the strangest battles. And I'm not talking unreleased songs, I'm talking 'The Knife.'
