Is this good bike?
and how much should I pay?
This is a sturdy, inexpensive mountain bike that should be good for several years of riding. The components are nothing special, just servicable. It should be great for casual trail riding. If you get into racing or taking long rides, you'll probably want to upgrade.
Brand new, this bicycle probably cost $400-$500. You don't mention what condition it is in, how it has been serviced or how many folks have owned it. Still I might venture it is worth $100-300.
There are a number of reviews on Mountain Bike Review.com. You might want to check them out:

Bad Boy Chopper Motorized Bicycle With Lights/Horn
Can I use any centre-pull cantilever brakes with my 1990 touring bike?
Hi. I want to replace the rear cantilever brakes on my Nigel Dean touring bike. It dates from about 1990 (maybe a little earlier). Do all bikes equipped for cantilever brakes have the same size bolts to house them? Or do they vary from bike to bike? I'd like to know because I want to get some cheap ones off ebay!
To be sure; take a bolt off of you present bike's brakes and take it to the hardware store or LBS to get the diameter and thread dimensions.
Odds are they are they are the same.
Easy enough to check though.
