Hey there,
I've never used clipless pedals before but I'm building up a tri-bike and like the Shimano A530 pedals. They use spd clips. I use the bike to commute and would like a shoe that has a recessed cleat so I'm not walking on my heels on my way to spanish class.
What are the best shoes that I could use to bike to school and bike to the finish line in?
