How can I turn a photo black and white with Paint Brush Pro?
How can I turn a photo black and white with Paint Brush Pro. Cause I dont have Photoshop!!
You should be able to just change the mode to grey scale. I have photoshop, but I do know that there should be an area, where you can adjust the tones and levels, so you just have to either grey scale it, or adjusts the hue and saturation. Hope this helps

How do you make black and white pictures with color on paint shop pro 9?
I have a picture that i was wanting the background black and white..with my hat to stay color though. and i have no clue what so ever on how to do it. i have paint shop pro 9. anyone have any ideas?
Ok I tell you how I would do it.
Open your pic in psp, then copy and paste as new image. Close the original picture. Again paste as new image so you will have 2 separate pics.
Now on one of those pics go to image and down to greyscale. Now that one will be black and white.
Click copy and paste this pic onto your coloured pic so you select your coloured pic and click paste as new layer.
Make sure the greyscale image is on the bottom of the layer palette. So just drag it to the bottom, or on the layer palette right click and arrange then send to bottom.
Now make sure your coloured picture is active and select your freehand selection tool (point to point, feather and smoothing on 0, anti alias checked)
Now zoom in on your hat and you want to trace around it, carefully not to hit the button too quickly or it will close off and you'll have to do it again. If that happens just Ctrl D to deselect and try it again. When you have traced it and need to close it off just right click it and it will join up to where you started tracing.
Once you have your hat traced out like you want it, it will have like marching ants going around it...right?
Now make sure that you have the coloured picture active, click on selections then click invert and you just hit the delete button on your keyboard and it will take out all the colours except for your hat.
Now you just merge all and save as jpeg.

Very good points. I think the reason that many equate liberalism with black nationalism is due to the overwhelming support for liberal pols among black Americans. Since many white conservatives view the majority of blacks as being “racist” they opine that modern-day liberalism is nothing more than a front for a reformed version of black nationalism. In other words, they believe blacks use liberalism to enforce a strictly pro-black agenda. The whole situation is just based on one's own perspective.
