Powering Bmx

What are the BEST U-brakes for BMX street riding? (POWER-wise...not so much the weight)...?
I'm looking for the best U-brake power in BMX!!! PLEASE HELP!
Is not necesarilly that they make the best breaks for power. http://www.danscomp.com/480016.php?cat=PARTS take something cheap like that. The only difference is the amount of chain clearance, the material its made out of and weight pretty much.
You could get the same break power out of a 15$ break set as a 50$ one. To get the most out of your u brake you will want to run a straight cable because gyros dont provide as much stopping power as a cable run directly to them.
Another factor is the cable you will want to get a smooth cable like a linear cable lined with teflon.
Another thing that can make the difference is the break pads. Longer pads have better stopping power.
Also the color of your rim can effect the break power. Colored rims tend to have a smooth powdercoat that can hinder the stopping power. So chrome rims are the best to use.
Also another big part is the adjustment of the breaks which is a big one. The closer your breakpads are to the rim the better a stop you will get.
I rode breaks for years but im breakless now because breaks where a big hassle.
Best answer would also be really helpful if you get the chance and if this was helpful to you.
Remember its not the break its all the other components and the adjustment that you do to them.
