What bike would you recommend for BMX Racing?
I'm looking for a 20' BMX Racing - entry level, something that "works" and not too sophisticated but also not "a bad bike". I am not a beginner in riding but I just want to get a racing bike to have fun.
I saw and liked is the Redline MX20, simple, one break, it "works". I am a FAN of the old bikes from the 80s, Araya rims, that kind of stuff but they are too expensive and basically for collectors. The reason I'm asking is I haven't seen much more than Redline, I would like to know what people know or would like to share or recommend. Thanks.
redline, haro, and free agent make some pretty good bikes. the only thing i don't like about redline is that there tires are a bit to narrow for my taste. with free agent, there back tires are a little more knobbe than the front. but besides that there pretty good beginning companies. i personally like haro because they're easy to work on and customize, and they are also less expensive.
