Is the clothing brand Skin Industries in any way associated with white supremacy??
I have always been under the impression that it was just a motorcross/bmx clothing line. Looking through the catalog yesterday, my boyfriend noticed the owner/creator of Skin had "HATE" tattoed on his right hand knuckles, but his other hand was covered. He said that if he had "PURE" tattooed on his left hand knuckles then more than likely, he's a white supremacist. Well there wasn't any other pics of him, but we also noticed that all the models in the catalog and online were all white. I just wanna know if it's 1 of those things that just got twisted out of context, or if it's really a "white pride" brand.
My cousin use to love their clothing so much that he had a tattoo saying skin. He was a huge bmx kid, anyway then he was informed that yes the clothing creator was a total white supremacist & got the tattoo covered & stopped wearing the clothes. I can't say first hand but it really affected my cousin.

A presentation of my choice for a job interview?
I have to do a 5-7 minute presentation on any topic of my choice that I feel I am an expert on. It is for an entry-level position at All-State insurance company and when I emailed the recrutier if I could do it even on a hobby if mine she said that yes, I can do it on anything..so..I was contemplating doing it on either BMX , which has been an onn and off hobby of mine since age 14, or maybe Punk music, another big interest of mine...both have no relevance to the job or industry but the recrutier claimed I could do any topic I feel I am an expert on and that could demonstrate my presntation skills...what do you think, is it poor taste for me to do a topic such as these or should I go ahead with it??

No, I think the topics you are choosing are fine...especially since they said you can choose anything you want.
The presentation is more on how you speak and conduct yourself. They will probably watch more of your mannerisms and look at how the presentation flowed and did it have a clear focus.
It's better to do something you are comfortable with and understand....then try to impress them with something you are not an expert in.
