Inch Threadless
Can I use a 1 1/8" threadless stem on a 1" clamp area on my fixed gear bike?
I have a 1 inch threadless stem and would like to buy a new stem. However, most of the stems I'm seeing are 1 1/8inch. Can I still use one? Or do I have to find a 1 inch stem?
Yes, they make a shim for that purpose.

Sizing on girly tees from Threadless?
Ok, so I'm getting this tee from threadless, and I've already checked out the sizing chart, but here's what makes NO SENSE AT ALL to me....
On the sizing chart, a small is 25in long, but the bust is only 15.75 inches long.
And my sister has a few shirts from threadless, and I think she wears a medium, and that shirt is really big on me.
So I'm very confused, what size are you gals in normal clothes (like from Tilly's or Zumiez or wherever you shop basically) and what size are you in Threadless tees?
Have you noticed something is off with the sizes or what?
The 15.75 width means that your bust would be sized 31.5" because it is 2 times. Just measure your bust and divide it by 2 =] then that is what you'll look for on the size chart.

I've got a “carbon” 1″ steerer road fork gathering dust if you would rather spend your money powder-coating valve stems purple (who wouldn't?). I put the carbon in quotes because it's a pretty old fork–not old as in dangerous or unsound–just old as in back in the day we just slap some carbon-look plastic on the outside of this aluminum fork and whammo! Profit margin! It's the 'carve' fork that came off my 90's era Klein when I abandoned style and put a disk brake on the front for commuting. Anyway, you're welcome to it. Do not even ask me what the rake is.
This reminds me–ever try to find a carbon fork with a 1″ steerer and a disk brake mount? Not easy, I tell you.
