when i plug my ipod in the hub its shows a plug on the battery and its not sync my ipod?
on my black nano its had a battery on the right side and its show a black pic of a plug why is that i have a Emac and two of the port of my computer don't work ?
Well the Nano requires a USB 2.0 port. You mention a hub is it possible it is not a USB 2.0 hub but a 1.0 or 1.1. The model you have is a bit confusing as far as USB support?

Total of five USB 1.1 compliant ports: three on the computer (shared on two 12 Mbps controllers); two on the keyboard. The keyboard also contains a USB hub.
The USB ports use USB Type A connectors, which have four pins each.
The USB ports support both low-speed and high-speed data transfers, at up to 1.5 Mbits per second and 12 Mbits per second, respectively. High-speed operation requires the use of shielded cables.
If you are using a hub that could be the issue as well as your cable. Are you using a hub or any cable that may not meet the USB 2.0 requirement?

BT HOME HUB 2.0 ( Black ) I am upgrading my Broadband with BT,?
I am upgrading my Broadband with BT and been informed I have a choice of either a Black Home hub 2.0 or a White one.
Could anybody please tell me if they've used either and which is the latest most effective of these Hubs. I've had varying reports on both and just wonder which is most adequate and up to date for unlimited Broadband usage.
Informed opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I've been with BT broadband for 3 years and have had both the black and the white home hubs. The most current version is version 2 and comes in black. In my opinion this is far superior to the earlier versions, has been 100% reliable and is easy to set up with the cd included in the package. The phone that comes with version 2 has many more features and better ring tones than the earlier white model.

So why not just use the ethernet ports on the BT Hub to connect direct to the xbox, why put another router in the middle?
