My haro x3 bike check
Help me with my workout routine please!?
Alright so here's what I'm doing now:
I run 1-3+ miles a day, when I get home, I do 38+ sit-ups, 30+ crunches, and 25+ push ups.
I drink water all day for the most part and eat pretty healthy for the most part as well.
Is this a good workout or what?
Also, I just got my Haro Bike back, I was wondering if biking would be better than running?
What areas does biking target?
I'm trying to get a 6 pack.
INFO about myself:
I just turned 15 August 2nd.
I'm White / Black African American descent
I'm 6' ft tall ; 162 - 168 pounds
My whole body is fairly toned
Shoe size: 12 - 13
Thanks in advance.
You have a good workout routine if you want a six pack. Keep doing those.
Here's a challenge. While doing sit ups or crunches, try using small dumbbells, hold them up by your chest and then start the sit ups.
(note: it takes a while to get six pack, you should use weights to help you even more)
Biking or running, either way, your working out your muscles in your legs and your cardio. If you can't decide what to do, just go back and forth with them. One day go out biking, the next do some running. Of course with biking, I'd go a couple more miles.
Biking will target your thighs, calves, glutes, main muscle groups in your legs, and your butt as well.
