Gt Bmx Tyres should i keep the chain or take a link off??
ok my friend gave me a new chain to put on my gt bmx bike but i had to pull the tires alll the way back so it could be tight but its still a little loose the bolts are hanging out the back fork like a centimeter but when i lean the bike close to the ground and pedal the chain pops off should i keep it like this or shorten the chain and if you say shorten the chain please tell me how to do that.
Shorten the chain, take a link out by using a tool called
a chain breaker. You can buy those at a bike shop or just
order it offline. Make sure you get the one that will fit your chain,
they come in different sizes. Also you could buy some chain
tensioners to help as well.
