Gt Bike
Can a Hyosung Gt 250r or any 250cc sportbike be a good bike to ride around in the US? Or is it too slow?
I was wondering if a 250cc sportbike would be strong enough to ride and keep up on the highway's of the US? I was thinking about getting a Hyosung Gt 250r becuase it seems like it would be a good starting out bike. I just wanted to know what someone with motorcycle experience would think. Thanks.
Hyosungs I have heard are not well built. as for other 250's, you will be riding the thing flat out any tine you hit the highway. Do yourself a favor and look in the 500-650 cc range

there is a buzzing noise coming from the seat of my gt agressor xc2 bike?
thier is some anoying buzzing noise coming from the seat and i dont know how to fix it.
Saddles don't buzz it coming from some place else. Bike frames transmit energy very efficiently check the bearings in the wheels.
Okay guys, I thought I'd jump in here to give you all a little different perspective on this GT/ Walmart/ low quality debate going on here. (This is a 29″er board, after all)
When GT was purchased by Pacific Cycles, ( purveyors of your infamous “department store” rigs) the Independant Bicycle Dealers, or IBD's for short, dumped the brand like hot potatoes. Selling the brand beyond this point was seen as putting money in the pockets of a company that was selling most of it's output in the department store down the street from them. In other words: it was like sleeping with the enemy. So, IBD's, for the most part, do not feel good about carrying GT, Schwinn, or Mongoose bikes, (all of which have fine IBD worthy bikes in their lines) Some IBD's do carry these brands, but they are the exception, not the norm.
When it comes to GT bikes the “hate” comes from association, not that GT's are bad bikes in and of themselves. I think this might account for why we are seeing a bit of “backlash” against the GT Peace 29″er here.
