How long does it take to get to ISI freestyle levels in figure skating?
I have been figure skating for about 2 months now and I'm only in pre-alpha!!!
The only thing I have to work on are my 1 foot glides!!
Anyway, I wanted to know about how long will it take for me to get to ISI freestyle levels like 1, 2, 3, etc.
Will it take about a year????
Depends on:
Number of times you practice, apart from your Group lesson. Bottom line.
Some students only skate 1x/wk with Groups, then wonder why they don't progress.
You should skate public sessions at least 2x/wk, not counting your Group sessions.

At what angles to mount bindings to freestyle snowboard?
Hey so i was riding an all mountain board last season and i had a pretty much a center stance with my left foot at a little bit of an angle. I ride a regular stance but this year i bought a freestyle jib board and i was wondering at what angle do most people mount there bindings to the board? is it mostly a center stance or are they at an angle?
If you want to jib and hit loads of rails and also have good control down trails, you should have 15 on your front foot and 6 on the back.
Hmm… I need a job too. I think that the Raleigh Freestyle Footbag Club is having a shred session Friday. When you said Brass Band concert… did you mean Youth Brass Band? If so, then Luke must've forgotten… we have planned the shred session for then, and I don't know if he is playing or not.
