WHAT SHOULD I ADD TO MY BMX BIKE?
Okay so i have a diamondback option, decent bike for beginners. Since I dont have the money to get a better bike Im going to buy better parts for it. What should I change on it to make it better and look cooler. It is silver with blue grips. I just bought a blue medusa 25t sprocket and blue wellgo pedals. What else?
If you really want to get a good bike, you can either shell out for a complete, or spend twice that much for parts that, added up, are just as good. You cannot make a crappy bike as good as a complete of the same caliber for less. It will not happen. However, if you want to buy part buy part over a period of time, I would get some new forks and bars, chromoly, NOT STEEL. Get MacNeil, or Animal. Those are my 2 favorite brands. Animal has some quality stuff that doesn't kill your wallet. Also, if you're getting a 25t sproket, make sure you get a cassette hub with 9 teeth or you will be pedaling like Lance Armstrong to go 2 mp/h.

I jus re-painted my diamondback grind 04' frame. now i want to buy all new parts for it. bike-pedia says it has an english BB but i cant find any new BB's of tht kind. is it the same as american? and the bike came standard with 1 pc cranks but can i put three piece on and a new (and smaller) sprocket? thanks. 
yea you can get american 3 piece cranks
and a 25t chainwheel all tht for about 130 bucks plus your going to need a new back rim to fit so thats another 80 bucks and possibly a new chain
theres 10 so you have a total of $220 theres some good bikes out there with 3 piece cranks and 25/9 gearing for a litle over 300 i receommond you save money and just get a brand new bike try danscomp and look for a complete bike
