i am thinking about either an odyssey gtx-r gyro or a snafu mobeus detangler. do i have to use gyro tabs for those or plates or both?

Awesome BMX trial bike tricks
I tried to take off my gyro (detangler) and now my bike "rattles"?
i was changing handlebars when i was compeld to take off my back brakes and gyro, I first unscrewed my stem and then I unbolted the gyro but i didnt know were to go from there so i put it back together and decided to leave it there until I could get some help but now something in my fork/ frame is rattling!!! plz help!!!!
The problem is very likely that the fork has lost it's bearing preload. Here's how to try and fix it...
1) Loosen the stem bolts (usually at the back of the stem... do NOT take the bolts out);
2) There is a cap on top of the stem with a bolt running through the center. This is called the preload. Carefully tighten this bolt (not too much!) until the rattling goes away;
3) Retighten the stem bolts.
If you REALLY want to remove the gyro take it to a shop.
