Decal Set
Help gluing window decals onto wooden corn-hole set?
I printed some clip art onto clear ink jet window decals. I want to glue (or bond) the decals onto a wooden corn-set I just made. There is a layer of white paint on the corn- hole set if that makes any difference. I have already tried polyurethane but it does not dry under the decal. Please Help!
Use canned spray adhesive on the decal back and the wood surface. This makes a permanent bond. You can apply Poly over it for longer lasting protection.

when is the best time to use decal set or decal softener on models?
im the guy with all those tamiya models and I have some good results and bad results with these two items. Are they even worth using or am I not using them correctly.
I personally don't use them. I just apply the decals, then 24-48 hours later I put a finish on. This is gonna sound crazy, but I use a floor finish called Future Floor Finish on my model planes. I water it down and apply it with an airbrush. It makes my models shine, but doesn't look good on the canoppies. I would cover clear parts like that with painters tape or something. Anyway, to better answer your question, just do some research on google to find out when/how to use those products. There are some really helpful sites out there filled with advice from professional modelers. Good luck with the decals, they are the hardest part (i think so).
Hi there! Thanks for a great website. I’ve just seen a Robinson that I’m thinking of buying. Looking at your decal sets and reading your frame descriptions, I think it’s a post-1996 model – the frame number is YC96090109. All the main parts are GT though it has 20 x 1.5 Weinmann rims which I’m not sure were standard. Does anyone have any thoughts about model year and those rims?Cheers! Mick
Since you didn't mention miles I'd say somewhere between 15-20K.
