Trying to find the name of a book.?
I'm trying to find the name of a book. Again I cannot remember, and unfortunately I can't even remember much of the plot. There was a woman who moved from town to town in Florida. I think she had something to do with law enforcement. She had a torrid past, and ended up getting together with a guy who lived in a trailer or a houseboat. There was an older gentlemen that was the sheriff when her mother got ran out of town years earlier. There was some sort of conspiracy about the whole thing. It was bought at Wal-Mart several years ago. I think her boyfriend might have been the current sheriff.
