Chrome Cable
lighting circuit info needed?
i have 2 double light switches one upstairs and one down stairs which you can switch each one on or off, i went to replace the switches with new chrome ones and i cant switch the light off upstairs. theres 3 core coming from upstairs to down stairs, i think ive got a cable wrong in the circuit, both switches are marked up l1 l2 and com how do i wire it back up correctly, thanks
Look here on how to wire a 3 way switch. ( 2 switches , one light) You need 2 x 2 way switches )
