Cable Housing
How do I get all the channels that I receive on the TV with the cable box on all the other TVs in my house?
With Comcast, how do I get all the channels that I receive on the TV with the cable box on all the other TVs that are hooked up to cable in the house? At the moment I can only get up to channel 120 on TVs other than the main one with the cable box.
Any idea how much an extra one would cost?
You could put a splitter on the output of the cable box, but that would
1) Force all TVs to watch the same channel
2) Degrade the signal strength / picture quality
3) Make you run a cable from you cable box to the TVs in the other rooms.
The real solution is to call Comcast, and order another cable box.
Update:
Probably $5-$10 a month, but you'd have to call them to confirm.

Replace Cable Housing on your Bicycle
What is a normal price to fix a rear alivio derailleur housing and cable?
I used to charge $9.99 plus parts... a typical quality cable and housing was about $6.00.
first off H2 is not a fuel and never ever will be, so get over it. You can do all the research you want but the laws of thermodynamics say no.
Next, the grid is not in bad shape, so get over that one. too. We have tight spots on it because people switched to electricity without warning and overloaded parts. If you do all you say on conservation, then the grid would be oversized.
Nuke is the only answer along with more coal plants. YOU CANNOT have more than 20% of your grid on solar or wind because there must be back ups for when the sun don't shine and the wind don't blow. What's your answer to that? built 90% solar and keep all the coal plants handy or double the energy input into the grid, then waste 50% making H2 gas?, That's a losing proposition.
1.5-months old, 18mi per day, skipping cogs/lagged shifting: I’d say it’s time to check your rear derailleur shifter cable tension. Turn the barrel nut adjuster on your RD to lengthen the effective cable housing length (and to increase the cable tension). How much to turn largely depends on how much additional tension is needed, but I’d probably say something like a full turn to 1.5 turns…maybe. Maybe more. Alternatively, you could turn the adjuster on the downtube (or the inline adjuster, if your cables have that instead) to do the same thing, but I like using the one on the RD because it gives me more wiggle room to use the downtube/inline adjusters while riding.
