You watch Videos don't you?
Just do it. Ride any chance you get. Hop your bike over stackable stuff in your drive way. Don't ask how to do things, just do them. With BMX there is nothing to be afraid of, absolutely nothing. Your riding a little harmless bike where you may sprain something and or end up with a sweet fucking scar you can cover up with a tattoo if you crash. Do tricks over and over until you get them do them every where on everything. Find people who want to ride as hard as you do, and want to ride more then them, and harder.
Ride Fast
Boost
And Don't Give A Fuck
Shred.

How to Do a 180 BMX Trick : Tips for Spinning on a 180 BMX Trick
Buying my first BMX Bike?
I'm buying my first bmx bike soon, I have been mountain biking for a while but now I want a bmx lol. I'm not gonna get a racing type but a trick type. My question is can someone give me some tips on what to look for in my first bike?
A nice lightweight frame is key to a jump BMX. You also want to look at the brakes, make sure they are a good set because let's face it, if your doing DH on it, you need to be able to stop. A good chainring is adviseable to stop any breakdowns and a chainguard is necessary! To avoid any nasty accidents along the way. And basically, make sure the spokes are hardcore and are very hardwearing.
I find that a bike like Mongoose Pro is a good starter BMX, but there's lots out there, so just get out and hit the shops!
Happy riding,
Hope i helped!
