BMX parts sizes help?
I am going to buy a gyro from dans comp or the bike shop. But if i do get a gyro misc for my bike is there different sizes and what do i need. This is the one i want to buy:

do i have to get different brake cables/ any other parts?
I also wanna know what does a freewheel do and does freewheels make everything better.
also whats the difference between stock and costom?
the gyro you selected is very nice..i would go with that you do need different cables go with this for you lower and upper cable.

you have to select upper and add to cart than select lower and add to cart.
a free wheel is the part on you back wheel that the chain goes on, you need to get a new wheel with a cassette and get rid of the freewheel all together
and stock is like if you buy a complete bike everything that comes with it is stock and custom is if you start building your own bike with different parts which is the way to go.

How many parts go on to a bmx bike fork?
For a racing bike?
The Fork: Generally come with a bolt to tighten the headset and stem down but after the stem is fastened the bold can be removed.
Headset - in the frame
Fork race - that is either built in or included with headset
Spacers - go between the top of the headset and under the stem
Stem - holds forks tight to frame and fastens bars
Bars - are attached to the stem
Brake lever - on the bars
Grips
Front Wheel - Hub, Spokes, Rim, Tube, & Tire
I have seen racers with front brakes but it is very rare.
