Should i buy or build?
ok, so i am wanting to get back into bmx biking and need a new bike, But my budget is very tight. My bday is in november and hopefully i should get about £130. Obviously if i build a BMX i will have to get second hand or low quality parts on ebay or something because £130 is not enough for all new parts. I am wanting the best quality bike i can get out of this money (high speed, light and good for jumps). i am not great with bikes but my friend is and would be able to help me. So, Should i buy or build my new BMX Bike. Thanks in advance. Benjie.
Building is A LOT more cheaper than actually purchasing the whole set, or, the motorcycle. Why? Because that's what manufactures do; build cars. From the factory to the dealership, there is a considerable markup in price for revenue.
If you actually bought the parts yourself and assembled them yourself, you would save considerable amounts of money.
