how do i sand down my bmx/parts then spray paint them?
i want to sand down all my bmx and bmx parts then spray paint them
the thing is some of my bmx parts have rust only like the handle bars and cranks and i want to know how to get rid off rust and have it ready to spray paint
and then what what sand paper should i use then primmer should i use and how many coats should i put on and after its been spray painted should i put something on top of it like more primmer or not so could some 1 help me please
O jeez...This what you do get some sandpaper and mild paint stripper. Whipe down the parts with the stripper and then when it dries up start sanding it down. I recommend you get the sandpaper with moderate to high coarse grits. Dont worry about the rust it will come off from the sanding.Once you're 100% finished clean the parts to get the paint dust off and dry it up. After you have done that then spray the parts with primer spray and let it dry for like a day. The next day spray the parts with your choice colors and let that dry for 2 days and enjoy! If you dont let it dry for 2 days the paint will chip and come off easily. ALSO when you're painting be in a place where the temperature is constant like 70 degrees or so.

Those are chain-tugs.
A lot chain tugs for BMXes are often called chain-tensioners because that's what they do: they keep your chain at the right tension no matter the beating you give the bike. For whatever reason or situation you've got, sometimes your wheel will shift (as much as you tighten it down), and your chain shifts enough so it's an all-around nasty accident. Tugs help prevent that.
They also make it much easier for you to adjust that tension without having to play around with your wheel instead.
They're actually appropriate for any bike with a horizontal fork end such as a track bike.
