what is the lightest bmx bike under 1000$?
something strong and light...i might want a custom but any suggestion for cheap part to make my felt chasm lighter works too
i would have to say the
fit str signature (25 lbs, $650)
or the black eye killorado (low riding frame, 24.9 lbs, $500)
eastern asesino (25 lbs, $720)
stolen cheater fc (25 lbs, $700)
kink apex (24.6 lbs, $750)
premium inspired (24.3 lbs, $800)
verde modus (24.9 lbs, $780)
there are other light ones but remember lightness isn't always the best.
out of all these bikes, i've tried about 4. The best strongest/ lightest was the premium. I like light weight but really strong.

i have an older Schwinn bmx and the neck washers were having issues so i go to Sports Authority and order a new one either August 9th or 19th and it is now September 23rd and i haven't gotten any parts i dunno what to do i have called a lot of times and it isn't. if its not in by the end of the month I'm gonna get pissed and chew them out tips would be helpful looking for cheap bike store that is near Auburn Washington still waiting....
Well, you're dealing with Dorel when you need Schwinn parts. If you don't want the hassle, don't buy a cheap bike. This is only one of the pitfalls that cheap bikes present after they've been ridden awhile.
Also, chances are that any normal bike shop will have the parts you need. I'm not sure what you mean exactly by a "neck washer", but Schwinn and most cheaper bmx bikes don't use anything uncommon or technology that isn't 25 years old. Honestly.
And don't chew out the store until you're sure it was THEIR mistake, and not a problem on the other end. Don't be an ass.
