BMX brakes?
i am getting a BMX and the front brake is Calliper does this mean it has brake lugs on the front forks

It doesn't have front brakes. And it doesn't have caliper brakes. It has u-brakes. They're sort of similar to v-brakes on a MTB, but stronger.

How do i take this seat off my BMX bike?

Loosen the nut on the clamp and twist the seat off. It may help if you put the post back in the bike and clamped for better leverage.
