Does anyone know how much the K2 factory 5.0 mountain bikes are selliing for?
I've looked all around and can't find a price tag for the factory 5.0. If you know how much the 4.0 and 6.0 are going for I'd like to know that as well. Thanks.
Try the REI web-site. I know that they are now a K2 dealer. BUT, I don't know for certain if they have that model.

You don't need a slipper on a 600...
there isn't enough engine drag to toss you unless you severely undershift at apex...
slippers are mostly for literbikes or bigger with a lot of engine drag...
