How the H**L are the Road Warriors Not in WWE Hall of Fame?
Of course, we know that Pete Rose and William Perry deserved to get in (cough, cough)
How is Chief Peter Maivia in? He was very good but not the magnitude of international stars that Hawk and Animal were? Animal's brother is a top executive with WWE.
I don't have a problem with Ernie Ladd being in either but ditto for him.
They were the greatest tag team in history, work or shoot, gimmick, personas, championships, types of matches, whatever.
So Don Vinnie, did someone offend you or what is going on?
Question 2: How could WWE fans organize to influence Vince on HOF inductions?
Tim W: It is a WWE Hall of Fame: guess that explains why Nick Bockwinkel and the Gagne's are in; ditto for Harley Race and Dusty Rhodes; oh yea, I forgot the Brisco brothers--even though Gerald has a lifetime job as a stooge for Don Vinnie. Try again.
The only reason Peter Maivia is in the HOF is because the WWE was desperate to get The Rock to return for Wrestlemania 24, so they inducted his father and grandfather to lure him back for one night.
As for the Road Warriors, I am willing to bet they will be inducted the next time Wrestlemania is in Chicago. They might not have been on the best terms with Vince McMahon, but Vince has shown a willingness to not let personal feelings get in the way of business (except with Randy Savage).
We haven't really seen very many tag team inductions, but I think that will have to change once the WWE starts running out of high profile singles wrestlers to induct.
