what are some cool photo effects?
I want to change photos to make them look different, like on paintshop pro you can do artistic effects and stuff... anybody know anythin different?!
And also in the aly & aj video potential break up song, there is a part where it has there faces with pink white and yellow, it was a cool effect and i was wondering how you would do that without painting over without opaqueness, because it looses the photo quality!

New collar on my dog?
I just got a new leather collar for my dog. It is the first permanent collar for him (by that i mean one he will wear almost all the time). I was just wondering if there is any way to tell if it is too tight or perfect. I put it one the third hole and I can still get two fingers through. I loosen it one and it seem too loose, fit all fingers through. To me it is okay on the third hole, sometimes it looks tight and other times it looks loose. It does not seem to bother him, besides it being itchy, but I think that is because he is not used to wearing a collar, but I don't want it to be hurting him. Are there any signs to look for? Should I go to a pet store and get them to look at it, or someone who knows how to tell? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

if you can fit 2 fingers under it comfortably then its perfect if your going on a walk you may want to tighten it a hole so it doesn't slip off
